आर्य समाज में विवाह हेतु आवश्यक दस्तावेज एवं जानकारी
1. वर-वधु दोनों के जन्म प्रमाण हेतु हाई स्कूल की अंकसूची या कोई शासकीय दस्तावेज तथा पहचान हेतु मतदाता परिचय पत्र या आधार कार्ड अथवा पासपोर्ट या अन्य कोई शासकीय दस्तावेज चाहिए। विवाह हेतु वर की अवस्था 21 वर्ष से अधिक तथा वधु की अवस्था 18 वर्ष से अधिक होनी चाहिए।
2. वर-वधु दोनों को नोटरी द्वारा सत्यापित शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
3. वर-वधु दोनों की अलग-अलग पासपोर्ट साईज की 6-6 फोटो।
4. दोनों पक्षों से कुल तीन स्वतंत्र गवाह , परिचय-पहचान पत्र सहित। गवाहों की अवस्था 18 वर्ष से अधिक हो तथा वे भारतीय नागरिक होने चाहिएं।
5. विधवा/विधुर होने की स्थिति में पति/पत्नी का मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्रतथा तलाकशुदा होने की स्थिति में तलाकनामा (डिक्री) आवश्यक है।
6. वर-वधु का परस्पर गोत्र अलग-अलग होना चाहिए तथा हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम के अनुसार कोई निषिद्ध रिश्तेदारी नहीं होनी चाहिए।
For Arya Samaj Marriage,the following documents will be required:
- Documentary evidence of Date of Birth of both the parties. The minimum age at the time of marriage should be 21 for male and 18 for female.
- Affidavits, each from the bride and groom, stating their date of birth, marital status at the time of marriage and nationality.
- The affidavit must provide affirmation that the bride and groom are not related to each-other within the prohibited degree of relationship.
- A copy of divorce decree/order in case a divorcee or death certificate of spouse in case a widow/widower.
- Three witnesses. Identity proofs of the witnesses is mandatory.
- Six passport size photos of each.
